Siddhsaanvi Foods & Beverages and Gyani Organic Dairy Farm operate in parallel to strengthen procurement and sales. Siddhsaanvi focuses on the wholesale distributor market, driving Yordey brand milk sales, while Gyani Organic builds procurement capacity and retail networks. In line with market demand, Gyani Organic also serves as a supply partner for products not yet available under the Yordey brand, ensuring continuity and breadth in offerings.
Early Operations (Pre-Registration Phase)
Before registering in December 2018, Vivek Pise began milk procurement directly from villages, supplying hotels and collection centers that sold to Dinshaws. This grassroots model helped establish trust with farmers and understand the supply chain dynamics firsthand.
Formalization and Institutional Expansion From January 2019, all institutional milk trading was consolidated under Gyani Organic Dairy Farm, enabling structured operations and brand credibility. The firm began supplying to multiple brands, which strengthened relationships with distributors and retailers while providing deep insights into market trends and pricing behavior.
Strategic Continuity Institutional sales continue under Gyani Organic, leveraging existing rate contracts and long-term partnerships. This continuity ensures stable revenue and operational efficiency while maintaining flexibility for future integration.
Gyani Organic Dairy Farm laid the foundation for Yordey’s institutional strength—transforming local milk procurement into a trusted supply network that now powers Maharashtra’s dairy ecosystem.
